KillerStartups.com is a fascinating site, where 15 or more startups get listed every day and the online community votes on their worthiness to be called a Killer. You can list your startup idea, vote on others from today or yesterday and see the top 10 of all time, according to the votes.
The top five so far are Toolwi.com, to customize your blog or Web site; RunMyErrand.com, to deal with your chores smoothly; EmotionR.com, to tell the world how you feel; BandMetrics.com, analytics for the music industry; and Sprouter.com, where entrepreneurs meet and collaborate.
You can also access the Dataopedia, where you can see tons of information about yours or others’ sites, such as Alexa ranking, Google rating, Delicious and Digg popularity and so forth. There’s also a KillerStartups widget for your own site or blog, that feeds you the latest submissions.
This is a great place to get feedback about your new launch, give it some free marketing, and see what else is out there you might be able to use.
